Reaction time test
When the field turns yellow, click or tap as fast as you can. Five tries; we show your median.
How it works
After you start, the field waits for a random time between one and three seconds and then turns yellow. The time from that moment to your click is one try. The median of five tries is less affected by one slow or lucky try than the average.
What affects your time
Your screen, mouse or touch screen, browser and even the power mode of your device add their own delay. Compare results on the same device rather than with other people.
Is this an IQ test?
No. Reaction time is a separate skill. This is a quick check you can repeat, not a measure of intelligence.
